Givecloud makes it easy to create Item Templates from the Items you created so you can use them in the future to reduce time creating items that have similar settings!

To save the settings of an Item as a template, follow the below instructions:

Step 1: Create an Item or open an existing item.
Step 2: Click the Dropdown option next to the Save button.
Step 3: Save as Template.

To use a saved Template on a new item, follow the below instructions:

Step 1: Go to Sell & Fundraise > Items.
Step 2: Click the dropdown option next to the Add button.
Step 3: Select the template you would like to use.

To manage (delete, duplicate or edit) existing templates, follow the below instructions:

Step 1: Go to Sell & Fundraise > Items.
Step 2: Filter STATUS by Templates.
Step 3: Open the Template you would like to manage.
