Single fund donation pages allow you to setup a donation page for your donors to donate to a specific fund. Single fund donation pages are designed for high conversion - all the donation and payment information are on a single page.

Attributes of a single fund donation page:

  • donate to a specific fund
  • preset amounts for donations (and allow donors to be able to enter a custom amount
  • allow for one time or recurring donations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually), 
  • allow donors to leave a note with their donation
  • goal progress bar (optional)
  • option for donors to cover the processing fees of their donation
  • all payment and billing information on a single page
  • referral source (ask the question 'How'd you hear about us?' )(optional)

Here's an example of a single fund donation page

Setting up a single fund donation page

1. Go to Sell & Fundraise > Items in the left menu
2. Click the green 'Add+' button in the top right
3. Add a photo, name and summary for the donation page

4. Create a one time donation option

  • Click '+Add Option' in the Price & Options panel
  • Set the Name to 'One Time'
  • Set the Payment to 'One-time'
  • Set the Price Type to 'Donation'
  • In the Amount Presets enter 10,25,50,100,other (you can enter any amounts in here. adding 'other' gives the donor to enter a custom amount)
  • Set the Minimum Amount - this allows you to set the minimum custom amount that someone can donate
  • Click the 'Add' button when finished.

5. Create a monthly recurring donation option

  • Click '+Add Option' in the Price & Options panel
  • Set the Name to 'Monthly'
  • Set the Payment to 'Monthly'
  • Set the Price Type to 'Donation'
  • In the Amount Presets enter 10,25,50,100,other (you can enter any amounts in here. adding 'other' gives the donor to enter a custom amount)
  • Set the Minimum Amount - this allows you to set the minimum custom amount that someone can donate
  • Click the 'Add' button when finished.

Note - You can add additional variants if you would like for different recurring periods

6. Next, we want to set the Page Layout to 'Page With Payment'
7. Enable 'Show on Website'  to make the donation page live and click the green 'Save' button in the top right.

That's it! You're done!

You can view your donation page by clicking the url under the name of the product in the top left. (you can edit the URL of the product also by clicking the pencil icon)


If you would like to add a goal progress bar to the donation page, just scroll down to the Goal Tracking section and enter a Goal Amount and Goal Date.
