If a customer asks you to resend their order confirmation email(s):

  1. Log into JPanel
  2. Click on Orders
  3. Open the desired order from the list of orders
  4. In the Options area; Just to the right of Order Details, you will see a Resend Notification drop down menu
  5. Select Re-notify Customer/Donor Only to resend the emails associated with the order i.e., emails incliuded in the Billing and Shipping fields.
