There is a new feature in Givecloud that allows you to generate a sitemap.xml file for search engines. Search engines like Google automatically 'crawl' most sites on the web and index them without uploading a sitemap.xml file. This sitemap.xml file is a tool that SEO (Search Engine Optimization) professionals sometimes use to help search engines make sure they find all the pages on your website. It will not necessarily increase traffic to your website, nor is it mandatory to manually submit this.

Access your sitemap.xml file

Select Features > Website > Pages and Menus then select the gear icon in the top right. Select View Sitemap.xml

Your sitemap will appear in a new browser window. From here you can save the page as an XML by right-clicking on the page and selecting Save or Save File As and saving the file with your desired name as an XML format.

You can use the file generated to submit to Google.
